Accutech manufactures e-commerce packaging equipment to automate outbound shipping utilizing film mailers, corrugated boxes and padded mailers. We design and manufacture custom autobagging and autoboxing systems for the fulfillment industry. Accutech also has expertise in case erectors and label applicators. We will be demonstrating three systems at ProMat 2025:

Apparel Autobagger:
The Apparel Autobagger is designed to automate the packaging of apparel as well as footwear, linens and soft home goods. Each system is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the customer. The system contains these major subsystems: The Apparel Autobagger system with an optional integrated in-motion scale, the Accutech Pack Slip System driven by Accutech’s PLC, the Beck Serienpacker SXJ HP adapta wrapping system to produce right -sized packages, and the Bagger Control System (BCS) to provide customized communications interface with the customer’s WMS. It is the only system on the market that right sizes poly mailers. We are running film in excess of 80% recycled.

WrapidPak:
The WrapidPak high-speed protective mailer system is a self-contained, small-footprint packing station capable of processing 10-12 packages per minute. The new WrapidPak automated cushioned mailer system with a new, smaller profile design, utilizes Accutech technology that has proven itself for over 30 years, processing millions of orders per year for e-commerce operations shipping jewelry, cosmetics, health & beauty, vitamins and supplements. The system can run both the highly recycled TuffGard mailer and the Sealed Air Paper Bubble Mailer that is certified curbside recyclable.

Autobag 850HB:
This hybrid system can run both poly Autobag mailers and paper Autobag mailers with no changeover. This high-speed bagging and printing system is uniquely designed to combine enhanced productivity with sustainable materials for mail order fulfillment and e-commerce applications. Capable of running bags up to 22” wide, this system is ideal for packing medium to large products such as apparel, nutraceutical/pharmaceuticals, shoes, sporting goods, fashion accessories and more. Next-bag-out printing is achieved with an advanced thermal transfer imprinter positioned directly over the next bag to be loaded. This ensures accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment applications that require frequent product and label changeovers and prevents product queuing.
