Durable Superior Casters (DSC) opened its doors in 1991, & since then, has become one of the most trusted & dependable caster & wheel companies in North America, driven by three core beliefs: Family, Inventory, & Innovation. DSC is certified MWBE (Minority & Woman-owned Business Enterprise) & has revolved around family from its inception. Currently, the second generation is at the helm, & the third is gaining knowledge of the business & the industry itself. We offer some of the most extensive selection of casters in the industry. In an era where cost cutting doesn’t allow for slow moving product to sit on the shelves, DSC has a system of integrated parts that can be assembled to order offering over 5 million variations; or, as we say, from 40lbs to 40,000lbs. Our engineering capacity & strength provides an assurance of quality so our customers know they are receiving some of the best available products. It also allows us to quickly innovate new products so we can continue to provide solutions to our customers for all of their unique caster needs. We have an in-house engineering team & lab that houses over $7 million in testing equipment. We perform product tests to meet the standards of the Institute of Caster and Wheel Manufacturers (ICWM), the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS), & any special requirements for the original equipment manufacturers we service. While other companies have gone to “just in time” inventory or low cycle count inventory systems, DSC has deviated from the herd mentality. Our philosophy is to stock with an eye toward potential supply chain challenges to ensure that logistics do not impact our customers or yours. Through a process of continuous improvement, we have assembly and distribution centers strategically placed throughout North America in California, Ohio, Washington, Mexico, & Canada, while being centrally headquartered in Texas.
