Optimologic is an IT company that creates software supporting logistics processes. We have created a web based system that optimizes and automates transportation of freight between shippers and receivers taking into consideration multiple parameters such as order’s starting and ending locations, its weight, size, required to maintain temperature, required mode of transportation (rail, truck), locations of transportation company’s terminals that allow to reload and consolidate orders, option to split single order into many pieces during the process in order to minimize the overall cost of transportation, and many more. Our product requires no downloads or installations on the customer’s hardware, and it is very easy to implement even for entry-level logistics personnel. Tailored to the specific needs of each client, and scalable to their business size, our software features a modular structure allowing customers to select only the components they need and how they need them. OptimoLogic system’s modules are interconnected through a unified database, enabling a cloud-based digitization of company resources. Our software automatically calculates the most efficient, multi-stop routes for vehicles' fleets, and assigns orders to trips accordingly. Routes are pre-visualized, and each trip generates a driver’s manifest report. Each optimized logistics process is continually updated and tracked in the web-based system until it is completed. What’s more, our system is suitable for all types of local and global logistics companies. Innovative solutions for the logistics industry that we propose and implement are based on the latest scientific achievements in solving large decision-making problems using artificial intelligence tools as well as quantum computing (metaheuristics, quantum annealing, QUBO). The Optimologic R&D team consists of renowned scientists, specialists in combinatorial optimization, parallel and quantum programming, who have completed many scientific works in this field and presented them at international conferences. The results of their work were implemented in many manufacturing and logistics companies.
